While the category winners are chosen for excellence across a range of criteria, the Judges’ Star Performer rewards the entrant for demonstrating outstanding achievement in one particular area of activity.

PrepWorld dominated this category from the start with its truly inspiring turnaround story, led by a new management team at the firm’s Southfleet factory.

A big factor behind its success was a relentless commitment to improving customer satisfaction scores through improvements to its 24/7 quality assurance programme.

PrepWorld’s new management team introduced a number of big changes to the way the Southfleet factory operates.

Not least of these changes has been to dramatically improve its customer satisfaction levels and reduce complaints Investment in training has led to production teams taking ownership of their quality and completing their own checks with the QA team checking that those checks have been made.
