The Bread Factory is on a mission to translate craft bakery to high-scale commercial delivery of artisan bread, pastries and cakes.
Investment in extra capacity has significantly boosted both production and turnover. Further investment in a new enterprise resource planning system has cut operational costs and delivered benefits directly to the bottom line.
The company has signed the lease for three new units at its north London location, increasing operational space by a third. This will mean it will be able to meet increased demand for its products and raise its average turnover by 17%.
