Iglo boss leaves following merger
Iglo Group’s ceo Elio Leoni Sceti revealed he would leave the frozen food firm at the end of June to take the same role at beauty firm Coty in July.
The news was announced on the same day Permina sold Iglo to Nomad for £1.87bn, however, Sceti will continue as a non-executive director on Nomad’s Board.
Iglo praised the Italian for leading a “significant transformation” since he joined the firm in 2013.
It also complimented his innovation, responsible sourcing and food waste strategies put in place during his tenure.
A comprehensive search is now on for Sceti’s replacement, Iglo said.
