Undeclared milk in Co-op noodles
Packs of Co-op’s Hoisin Chicken Noodle Box have been recalled by the retailer, after they were found to contain milk not mentioned on the packaging.
As with any product containing milk, the noodles posed a potential health risk to consumers that have an allergy or intolerance to the ingredient.
Co-op recalled 244g packs of the noodles with the use-by date of 31 July 2018.
A recall notice from the retailer said: “Customers who have bought this product are requested not to consume the product and should return to store for a full refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
