Northern Irish tea a Turkish delight
Turkish Delight and Green Tea Mint are the latest gourmet flavours launched by Northern Irish tea blender Suki Tea.
Turkish Delight tea is made with Rwandan tea blended with cocoa nibs, rose oil and rose petals for a fragrant aroma and rich, slightly bitter flavour, according to the business.
Green Tea Mint is based on the company’s Green and Peppermint teas. It features high quality Gunpowder Green Tea blended with Moroccan mint.
Suki Tea md Oscar Woolley said the new flavours reflected the growing market trend towards gourmet dessert teas.
“The new teas are also excellent examples of the innovation which underpins the gourmet tea business and is at the heart of our success in a market in which consumers are continually seeking different taste experiences,” he added.
