Potato supplier appoints general manager
Potato supplier Branston has appointed John Griffin as general manager of its factory in Branston, Lincolnshire.
Griffin has 17 years of experience in the fresh food sector, having spent time in roles at Marks & Spencer, Produce World and fresh produce supplier G’s.
He will be responsible for day to day operations at the fresh potato factory as well as planning, procurement and quality programmes.
Griffin said he was excited to join Branston due to its reputation as a great place to work and its high level of investment in the industry.
“I’m looking forward to applying my experience to help the smooth running of the factory and getting to know the team,” said Griffin.
