Symingtons makes leadership changes
Convenience food manufacturer Symingtons has appointed Matt Lee as its new chief commercial officer to start early 2017.
He joins the company after spending seven years at Associated British Foods, where he most recently served as commercial and supply chain director at British Sugar.
Lee has a history in working in the food and drink industry, including spending five years as retail sales director at Premier Foods. He has also worked for The Campbell Soup Company, Arla Foods and Coca-Cola.
Lee said he was delighted to be joining Symingtons and being part of the company’s next phase of development.
Commenting on the appointment, John Power, ceo of Symingtons said, “Matt is someone who I have admired in the industry for some time and I am delighted to have attracted someone of his skills and experience to join the senior team.
“We are excited about working with him as Symingtons enters a new era.”
