Coca-Cola vice-president joins IGD in senior role
Grocery think-tank IGD named Leendert den Hollander – vice-president of Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) – as its new vice-president. He was appointed on July 6.
Hollander has had a history of leadership roles in the food and drink industry, including ceo of Young’s Seafood from 2011–2014 and md of Findus Group in 2011.
“It is a great honour to take the reins as vice-president of IGD, an organisation which has a unique role in bringing together our industry from farm to fork,” said Hollander.
“IGD delivers some fantastic programmes across people development and I am hugely excited about the opportunity to play a role in its future work.”
IGD ceo Joanne Denney-Finch said she was looking forward to welcoming Hollander as the organisation’s new vice-president.
“Leendert is well known in the industry and has shown that he is an avid supporter of IGD,” said Denney-Finch.
“[He showed] great commitment to our skills and employability programme, Feeding Britain’s Future.”
