Aldomak appoints two manager roles
Scottish confectionery company Aldomak appointed two new senior roles last month (June 30).
David Laing (left) was appointed production manager and will assume responsibility for Aldomak's increasing production.
Laing has a track record which includes positions at Brownings the Baker, home of the Killie Pie, and meat products giant Vion Foods.
David Clark (right) – named the new quality manager – will look after Aldomak’s quality control. He joins the company from Lanarkshire cake and confectionery giant the Finsbury Food Group.
Aldomak md Dario Riccomini said: “It gives the entire team at Aldomak great pleasure to welcome aboard two recognised experts in the food sector with such a wide range of experience.
“We are in a period of rapid but sustainable growth, backed by a major re-branding campaign, and the depth of knowledge we have gained with the two Davids will be invaluable to the company.”
