Nestlé UK and Ireland has launched a new variant of its Kit Kat Chunky chocolate bar, inspired by New York Cheesecake.
The chocolate bar features a sweet vanilla flavoured filling to emulate the taste of the famous dessert.
Nestlé’s new Kit Kat variant forms part of the brand’s strategy to engage consumers by rotating new flavours of the chocolate bar each year.
Kit Kat senior brand manager Ellie Worley said: “Following the incredible success of Kit Kat Chunky Cookie Dough last year, we’ve seen a surge in demand for American inspired flavours in confectionery.
“Kit Kat Chunky New York Cheesecake taps into this trend, and has really captured the imagination of the UK public.”
