Snowbird Foods makes senior appointments
Frozen ready-meal producer Snowbird Foods has made appointments in its technical and new product development (NPD) divisions.
Tony Crilly has been named technical manager. A graduate of Kings University, Belfast with a degree in food science, he spent five years with an Irish dairy powders company before moving into the meat sector for four years.
Bethany England joined as Snowbird’s new head of innovation, having served as NPD manager for 3SM Bakery Solution and a 2 Sisters Food Group technician before that.
Snowbird has also hired Emanuele Manni as an NPD technologist.
