Laila’s Fine Foods growth is anything but icy
Laila’s Fine Foods makes the list having secured a multi-million pound deal to supply Iceland with a range of Mexican ready meals last year.
The deal boosted output at its Blackpool site from 24t a day to 30t a day and created 10 jobs.
Its sales have increased by more than 25% since 2011 and it has steadily boosted sales year-on-year to a projected £18M.
