Liquorice Easter eggs hit online stores
Danish confectionery manufacturer Bulow is to offer consumers an alternative to the traditional chocolate egg this Easter, with the launch of its range of chocolate coated liquorice ‘Aeggs’.
Each 300g egg contains individual balls of Lakrids liquorice, wrapped in either white chocolate flavoured with vanilla and mango powder, or dulce caramelised chocolate wrapped in a crispy shell and dusted in raw liquorice powder.
The Aeggs are available through specialist online retailer Sous Chef for £19.70 (white chocolate) and £17.90 (crispy caramel).
