Pladis reveals Christmas product range
Biscuit manufacturer Pladis – owner of United Biscuits – has revealed its range of biscuits for launch this Christmas, as part of a £1.3M campaign called ‘Merry Biscuits Everyone’.
New launches include McVitie’s White Chocolate Digestives Nibbles, McVitie’s Milk Chocolate Digestives Postbox Tin, Carr’s Batons and Jacob’s Cracker Crisps Sour Cream & Chive Caddy.
A number of Pladis’s regular products will also receive a Christmas ‘make-over’, including McVitie’s Victoria sharing box, Jacob’s Biscuits for Cheese Selection and Carr’s Selection boxes.
Hena Chandarana, UK trade communications controller at Pladis, said: “We’re really excited about this year’s campaign for McVitie’s and Jacob’s – our biggest and most integrated yet.
“We’ve injected some real Christmas magic into our creative approach – from new packaging designs and an amazing on-pack promotion through to stand-out in-store activity.”
