4. 2 Sisters ‘forges partnership with Aldi and Lidl’
2 Sisters Food Group forged key partnerships with limited range discounters, said grocery think-tank IGD in January, as the firm recruited 200 staff for its new Derby factory.
The IGD said in a statement: “2 Sisters has made significant progress to develop a more collaborative relationship with Aldi and Lidl. The companies have worked on a number of supply chain projects, helping to drive efficiency and improve capability, marking a collaborative change in the relationship.”
