6. Morrisons invests £30M in its staff
Morrisons invested £30M in a four-year makeover of its staff facilities across its stores in February, after employees claimed they were outdated.
The retailer would replace outdated furniture and décor, and separate casual seating and dining seating. It would also introduce freshly ground coffee machines, free Wi-Fi, mobile charging points and revamp staff toilets.
