7. 2 Sisters signs five-year bakery contract
2 Sisters signed a new, five-year contract for its Gunstones Bakery near Sheffield in June, which offset the loss of a chilled contract with an unnamed retailer, the manufacturer claimed.
The lost contract for filled rolls and sushi is set to move to a new supplier in March 2017, although 2 Sisters said it would be exploring new opportunities for its chilled business.
