Sainsbury’s size, support and career development would be the first three things all graduates would notice when joining the business, The Times claimed.
It has more than 160,000 employees over 1,000 stores and offers 200 graduate roles each year.
Graduates can expect themselves to be asked help out with homeless projects and lead in fundraising for Comic Relief.
“As leaders for the future and graduates with drive, ambition and initiative, successful applicants will get all the help they need to achieve,” said The Times. “They’ll help each other to progress, develop networking skills and begin friendships that last a whole career.”
Sainsbury offers graduates the choice of three great programmes. These include managing a team of more than 100 people in a store, taking charge on the development of a brand new product and leading a strategic project in the store support centre.
Starting salaries range from £23,500 to £28,000.
