You need an oven of distinction if you're going to supply posh pastries, breads and morning goods to some of the most elite dining rooms in London.

So when the heat was on to find a reliable oven at Flourish Bakery's Tottenham premises, award-winning baker Paul O'Connell turned to Eurobake to raise his hopes.

"We had looked at the Ciclomondial oven some time ago, so when we were ready to invest in a new deck oven, we already knew which we wanted," says O'Connell.

"The oven is very reliable and does exactly what we want. We find the ability to vary the temperature on the top two decks ideal for us as it means we can bake two different products at the same time and we do not need to wait for the oven to cool down."

Eurobake says the Ciclomondial oven is ideal for smaller bakers producing products within a temperature range of 150oC to 300oC.
