Brown rice to be hot choice
The health benefits of brown rice have made the grain one of Eurostar’s key food trends for 2018.
UK consumers are turning to brown rice as a healthy carbohydrate to serve with a number of meals as part of healthier diets.
Eurostar said: “Brown rice is growing rapidly at the moment. Only a few years ago you’d have to go to a specialist shop to find brown rice.
“Watch it start appearing on restaurant menus, in your sushi rolls and many more options on the supermarket shelf.
