Prune and goat’s cheese chocolate unveiled in London
London-based chocolatier Paul Young has revealed his latest confectionery creation, a prune and goat’s cheese chocolate.
Featured as part of his summer collection, the chocolate features a layer of goat’s cheese ganache topped with California prune purée.
The confection joins two other prune-inspired creations at Young’s three London stores: California prune with bourbon and barley and California prune molasses caramel with toasted almond and rose.
Commenting on the launch, California Prune European marketing director Esther Ritson-Elliot said: “It is wonderful to see our product being included in Paul’s inventive chocolate creations and to have the opportunity to demonstrate the attraction of California Prunes as a quality ingredient designed to appeal to the discerning food connoisseur.”
