Mackays: Horeradish sauce and caramelised red onion marmalade with chilli
Two of Mackays’ condiment products have been recalled, after it was found they contained sulphur dioxide which was not mentioned on the label.
Included in the recall were: Mrs Bridges horseradish sauce with batch code 6195 and a best before end date of July 2018 and Mackay’s own-label caramelised red onion marmalade with chilli with production code 6199 and a best before end date of July 2019.
Mackay advised consumers with an intolerance to sulphite not to eat the products and instead return them to the retailer they bought them from for a full refund.
