Dairy Crest, Chris Terrett
As general manager of Dairy Crest’s Davidstow cheese plant, Chris Terrett (53), heads up a facility that employs 107 full-time staff and produces 45,000t of mature, extra mature, full and reduced fat cheese a day, as well as 2,000t each of whey butter and cream. Terrett told Food Manufacture his career highlight to date was commissioning the plant.
