Yukari brings the taste of red shiso
Red shiso – sometimes known as the beefsteak plant – leaf extract was the flavour of the day at Mishima’s booth, showcased in its Yukari drink.
Subtly sweet with a refreshing tang, the drink owes its vibrant red hue to the natural colour of the leaves it is made from.
Enjoyable as a cold drink, or when added to herbal teas and alcoholic cocktails, Yukari has a wide range of applications, including use as a flavouring for dessert sauces or in jelly.
