Packaging roll handling equipment on show
This allows rolls, ranging from 15kg to 200kg, to be easily processed from one machine when differing weights and reel sizes need to be processed.
Using a fast coupling system, lighter roll handlers can be installed within just one minute.
Jarshire’s range of products also includes the Moviroll roll/reel pusher from Renova. Two models are available, battery and pneumatic, each with two different handle configurations.
Other kit on display will include Espo knife-holders for integrating with existing winders, slitters, sheeters and web processing machines and lightweight airshafts from Svecom.
Lastly, a pneumatically-operated Reelsaver helps deal with the problem of damaged cores. Its tapered jaws are expanded within damaged cores to return their original shape.
