Five teams of students were shortlisted from the record 19 record entries this year. They presented their ideas for eco-innovative food products to a panel of senior judges – or ‘dragons’ – at Campden BRI on June 7.
Från Början – whose name is Swedish for ‘from the beginning’ – scooped first prize with their innovative vegan, low-fat ice cream, while El Nacho and Hemptations picked up the silver and bronze prizes respectively.
