Speedy processing
Of the site’s nine lines, CCE Milton Keynes has two canning lines, which operate at two different speeds, but can manufacture the same drinks.
One line can produce 1,500 cans a minute, while the second can produce 2,000 a minute.
Each line can process 300ml and 500ml cans, which come from next door can manufacturer Rexam.
On the canning lines, a pre-made syrup is mixed with carbonated water whilst being piped into a can before being sealed.
