The Investec Hot 100 list ̶ compiled by Real Business ̶ has charted the growth of the UK's fastest-growing mid-sized private companies since 1997.
Topping this year's list from the food and drink sector is the Severn & Wye Smokery. With sales growth of 39% over the past four years and a turnover of £25.6M, the Severn & Wye Smokery ranked in 29th place in the hot 100 list.
