Bag-in-box packaging on show at Italy's Cibus Tec
Sacmi is preparing for the biennial Cibus Tec food and drink equipment exhibition that takes place in Parma, Italy from October 25–28 2016, with its latest technologies, including automated end-of-line systems.

Equipment on show will range from bag-in-box filling systems to new Kube modular labellers.

The company will demonstrate automated aseptic and ultra-clean filling systems with capacities of up to 960 bags an hour.

Case forming, aseptic/ultra-clean filling and bag closing are fully automatic and carried out in a single passage through the machine.

Meanwhile, the new range of Kube labellers on show are designed to offer maximum flexibility.

They are compact with labelling units connected outside the turret. This allows parallel use of different label application technologies (self-adhesive, hot glue and cold glue) with just one pass through the machine.

With the end-of-line systems, a process automation allows efficient control via pick-and-place robots.
