Training programme of the year
The Training programme of the year was awarded to Hovis for its ‘Inspire’ programme, designed to improve the engagement of its employees and raise bakery skills across the group.
Judges said: “Hovis captured the results of its activities brilliantly, showing by clear product quality improvements the progress it has made.”
Hovis ceo Bob Spooner picked up the award from Justine Fosh, chief executive of The National Skills Academy for Food and Drink and Improve.
