The FMG range of bulk butter packing lines from APV has been developed for carton-filling applications in the dairy industry.
There are three automated models: FMG-1 operates at up to 180 cartons (20kg, 25kg, and 31kg) an hour, providing a peak production rate of 4500kg/h; the FMG can handle the same carton sizes at a rate of up to 290/h providing production at 7250kg/h; and the FMG+ operates at 440 cartons (20kg and 25kg) an hour for maximum production of 11,000kg/h.
All models in the range offer carton unfolding, tare weighing, lining, primary and precision dosing, check weighing, and liner closing and sealing.
