Belting free-from banger
Sausage manufacturer Debbie & Andrew’s launched a free-from caramelised red onion pork sausage product to help the 20% of people suffering from lactose intolerance and the 15% of households that are gluten avoiders to enjoy British pork.
Many allergy sufferers said the food they ate sometimes fell short on taste and flavour, the firm claimed.
The trick to beating the problem was to start and end with taste with no compromise, Debbie & Andrew’s said.
“This is a belter of a banger, bursting with meaty goodness and flavour,” it added.
