from Pecan Deluxe Candy – has a stable baking tolerance and is supplied in 3mm, 6mm and 9mm pieces.
Suitable for ambient storage
The pieces are vegetarian-friendly and are suitable for ambient storage. Packaging options include bag formats from 200g to 2kg.
Claiming to be the biggest European supplier of cookie dough pieces for desserts, Pecan Deluxe also produces moulded chocolate pieces, brownie chunks and praline nuts.
