Anuga FoodTec 2015
S+S
The Raycon H+ x-ray inspection system was officially launched at the show by S+S Separation and Sorting Technology, which will be renamed Sesotec on April 2.
Alongside the ability to detect metal, glass, ceramic and stone contaminants in open, unpacked, fresh and/or wet products the system can also detect rubber and other defects such as cracks and trapped air.
Its hygienic design was developed especially for wet cleaning with high pressure cleaner and disinfecting foam. All welding seams are completely smoothed and all larger surfaces are slightly inclined so that water and cleaning agents can run off.
Control and display elements, including a touchscreen monitor, buttons and emergency-stop switch are rated for use under the most demanding cleaning conditions.
