Seventh buyout for flavours firm

Flavours and fragrances firm Nactis Flavours has completed its acquisition of the €14M turnover Belgian flavours and fragrances firm Robertet Savoury.

The acquisition is the seventh made by Nactis Flavours in the past 14 years. To acquire the firm, Nactis Flavours raised €10M in capital from the finance firm MML Capital.

According to Nactis, it has plans to boost Robertet’s business opportunities and turnover this year.

Daniel Faguer, Nactis Flavours’ chief executive, said: “Thanks to the strong presence built up by Nactis Flavours on French and international markets for ready meals, seasonings and aromatics, we will be immediately implementing synergies that will help us build the business.”
