Associated Seafoods appoints new manager to grow business
Associated Seafoods appointed Beth Clark as commercial manager in a bid to boost business growth.
Clark, who has over 20 years’ experience in the seafood industry, will initially focus on growing the Scottish-firm’s UK retail sales for value-added shellfish and Scottish smoked salmon.
She said there were “significant opportunities” in the UK retail sector to grow the market for Scottish shellfish and smoked salmon.
Victor West, md of Associated Seafoods, said she was delighted to welcome Clark to the team.
“She brings a wealth of experience that will enable us to further develop the UK retail market,” she said.
“Following the successful completion of our multi-million pound investment programme at our processing facility in Buckie, we are now well placed to take forward new business opportunities for the company.”
