Nominees
The nominees are Greencore ceo Patrick Coveney; Charlie Bigham’s founder Charlie Bigham; Professor of food safety at the Institute for Global Food Security, Queen’s University Belfast Chris Elliott; Adnams ceo Dr Andy Wood; founders of Sweet Mandarin the Tse Sisters and Premier Foods ceo Gavin Darby.

Clothier was presented the award in recognition of his journey in guiding Wyke Farms to become the nation's third largest producer of cheddar - manufacturing more than 14,000t a year while ensuring the business operated a green agenda.
