Leatherhead creates new role for former M&S nutritionist
Leatherhead Food Research created a new director of nutrition and innovation role this month.
Former Marks & Spencer nutritionist Jenny Arthur has taken on the position and will now lead the nutrition and innovation team of scientists and technicians at the Surrey research organisation.
Leatherhead said her wide mix of expertise was exactly what was needed for the growing number of requests for cross-functional projects by its clients.
