Popular UK sports nutrition brand, Myprotein, has expanded its partnership with Mars Wrigley to roll out this latest new product.

The Bounty collaboration is Myprotein’s third product launch with Mars Wrigley following the introduction of Snickers and Mars whey proteins previously.

The launch of Bounty Impact Whey Protein forms part of THG Nutrition’s strategy – which owns Myprotein – to accelerate licensing momentum.

Alongside Mars Wrigley, it also holds licensing agreements with Müller, Iceland, and Greencore. In FY25, the group sold more than 43 million licensed products, with licensed product sell-in expected to exceed 60 million units during 2026.

THG says it intends to develop Myprotein into a “truly omnichannel, multi-category brand”, strengthening its retail and licensing footprint “beyond its core direct-to-consumer offering”.

Coconut has been touted as one of 2026’s flavours of the year by a number of industry leading firms, including Kerry Group and well-known syrup brand, Monin.

Homemade ‘clean’ ingredient, protein bounty bars videos have also been hitting ‘For You’ pages on TikTok, with one video posted by ‘boredoflunch’ last month gaining 19.6k views.

“The Bounty brand has enjoyed an incredible resurgence in popularity over the past few years, with one in five consumers now declaring Bountry as their favorite confectionery bar,” said Kerry Cavanaugh, general manager for Mars Drinks and Treats.

“With coconut flavoured protein products also continuing to grow in popularity, introducing Bounty to the Myprotein portfolio of Mars Wrigley branded products will offer consumers the perfect blend of our much-loved familiar chocolate coconut taste, combined with Myprotein’s trusted impact whey formula.”

The new protein powder which contains 20g of whey protein per serving at 113 kcal, will be available online and through major grocery retail partners.

It comes in a 15-serving size at £16.99 and a 31-serving size at £30.99.
