Hunt added that the new premises will enable the firm to increase its manufacturing capabilities and deliver a strong level of support for its partners and distributors.
“The benefits for our customers are huge,” he continued. “It means reduced lead times from order to delivery and significantly improved manufacturing efficiency. Our investment in on-site CNC machinery will also create cost and time effective bespoke component production.”
The new premises include a visitor centre and demonstration suite to offer existing and prospective customers insight into the business’ operations.
The company is also taking this opportunity to further solidify its position in the automation arena, focusing heavily on the development greener technology to achieve this.
“There’s a definite appetite for greener technology,” added Hunt, who explained its focus will be placed on low-energy, electric tools and linerless options to reduce material waste, with demos soon to be available at the new visitor centre.
He concluded: “We have a strong heritage in robust and quality print and apply manufacturing and we look forward to being able to showcase that in a real way, getting customers on site to see how we work and experience the solutions we develop in person.”
