In this exclusive video interview, filmed at the Big Top-themed awards, Broomfield congratulated his team on their hard work over the past 18 months and his pride in collecting the award on behalf of more than 500 staff.

Commenting on the night, Broomfield said: “It recognises hard work. The food industry is notoriously fast-paced and I think you’re only as good as your last week, so take a moment to reflect on some great achievements over the last 12 months. ​
