Yeo Valley uses ‘super fruit’ in new yogurt
Dairy processor Yeo Valley has launched a new ‘super fruit’ yogurt, in partnership with supplier Organic Herb Trading.
Artist’s Edition Baobab and Vanilla Yogurt is made with extracts from the fruit of the baobab tree, which is native to Africa.
The baobab fruit is said to have many health benefits linked to immune support, energy release, digestive health and skin anti-ageing, as well as more antioxidants than any other fruit.
