Terry Jones to return to NFU as director general
Provision Trade Federation director general will leave the body to take up the same role at the National Farmers Union (NFU) in April, it was revealed this month.
Jones will return to the NFU, having left it in 2011 after nine years in a variety of roles including corporate affairs director.
He initially left the NFU to take over as director of communications at the Food and Drink Federation.
NFU president Meurig Raymond said Jones was the right person to lead the NFU through the many challenges the farming industry was facing.
Jones said he was delighted to be returning at such a crucial time for the industry.
