Pat Woertz, chairman, ceo and president of Archer Daniels Midland
Taking third place on the list is former Chevron boss Patricia Woertz, now leading global food production firm Archer Daniels Midland (ADM).
Since joining the Chicago-based business in 2006, Woertz had improved shareholder returns and led the company to record financial results, while growing the business through acquisitions, capital investments and partnerships, ADM said.
Earlier this year, the firm acquired Swiss-German flavouring company Wild Flavours for $3.1bn (£1.90M).
ADM also sold its share of the chocolate sector to Cargill for $440M (£266.4M) this month.
