Greencore’s chief operating officer steps down
Greencore’s chief operating officer Di Walker stepped down from her position on May 24.
The role of chief operating officer will not be replaced, instead her responsibilities will be relocated across the wider leadership team, Greencore said.
Greencore’s ceo Patrick Coveney said: “Di has made an enormous contribution to the company over many years. Her passion, resilience tight cost focus and deep food industry experience have all be invaluable. We wish Di the best for her future endeavours.”
The move follows Walker’s “instrumental role” in the significant changes to the company’s structure over the past 18 months, he added.
