The managing director for FrieslandCampina UK & Ireland will step down at the end of 2025.

Will Jones will be leaving his role as FrieslandCampina UK&I MD (part of business group Europe) on 31 December 2025, with the company confirming it has appointed a replacement internally.

Jones joined FrieslandCampina in 2015 as marketing director across the company’s UK & Ireland division. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in growing the business, securing a market leadership position with its flavoured milk offering YAZOO, and launching the company’s Chocomel and Barista brands in 2019.

In 2023, he also successfully oversaw the relocation of the UK head office from Horsham into central London.

Bob Mulder will step into Jones’ shoes on 1 January 2026, moving from his role as sales director for FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Netherlands, where he has served for the last three years.

Mulder joined FrieslandCampina eight years ago after a distinguished career with Hero, Euroma, and Unilever.

As incoming UK&I managing director, he will report into Dustin Woodward, president at FrieslandCampina Europe.

Woodward commented: “We warmly welcome Bob into his new role and to the business group Europe Leadership Team. His existing track record in driving growth for the company and his deep understanding of the dairy market will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and expand in the UK and Ireland, and we look forward to the continued success of the business under his leadership.

“We sincerely thank Will for his significant contribution to FrieslandCampina over the years. His growth mindset, people-first leadership and positive attitude have been instrumental in shaping our success, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”

FrieslandCampina is one of the largest dairy companies in the world, with an annual turnover of £11.2 billion.

The company has 14,000+ member dairy farmers across the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium; as well as offices in 30 countries. It employs more than 19,000 people worldwide.
