New UK industrial food processing equipment firm launches

The new business, headed by Graeme Rolinson, plans to bring top-tier industrial food processing equipment to food businesses in the UK.

Specialising in the sale and servicing of processing machinery, new business The Rolinson Group is looking to support food manufacturers “from start to finish”, with “cutting-edge” equipment and after care.

“Our mission is to supply high-quality food processing equipment while also providing reliable and cost-effective aftermarket service support to help our clients optimise their production processes,” managing director and founder, Graeme Rolinson, said.

The company will provide tailored solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity across a wide range of food processing operations, including meat, poultry, seafood and pet food.

Rolinson, who brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the food processing industry which includes almost 20 years at Scanvaegt and Marel, told Food Manufacture the aim of his business is to bring global equipment manufacturers that don’t have a strong presence in the UK&I into the market.

“There are a lot of good companies out there that are underrepresented,” he explained.

The Group has already secured a number of established global partners including, Günther, Kerres, and Swissclip; and Rolinson said more will be coming, alongside a recruitment drive.

“Partnering with leading global brands such as Günther, Kerres, and Swissclip, confirms that our company is dedicated to providing the industry with the tools and support needed to achieve operational excellence,” he added.

Rolinson confirmed that the business is now accepting enquiries from food manufacturers looking to invest in, upgrade or maintain their current installed base of processing equipment
