Food Manufacture's Business Leaders' Forum will feature the results of an exclusive survey of industry bosses on a range of hot topics in the industry, including Brexit and environmental concerns.

Other topics embrace international trade, plant-based product development and veganism and shortages of skills and staff.

Results will be presented to attendees exclusively at the event and will then receive wider editorial coverage. Have your say and participate in the State of the Nation survey, which only takes five minutes to complete and can be completed anonymously, now.

The annual, free-to-attend Business Leaders' Forum, which this year is sponsored by law firm Walker Morris, will take place on 21 January 2020 at 30 Euston Square, London. It is designed to help set the agenda for the year and highlight key trends for senior managers in the food and drink industry and also provides excellent networking opportunities.

Branded and own-label suppliers

Attendance is open only to those who receive a direct invitation by Food Manufacture's editor Rod Addy. To register your interest, contact ebq.nqql@jeoz.pbz.

Representatives of top branded and own-label suppliers routinely attend the event, which takes the form of an open debate on carefully selected subjects according to Chatham House rules. It is held over a morning, with lunch served afterwards.

Many of the discussion topics at the 2020 forum will inevitably have Brexit as their backdrop.

The event will be chaired by Geoff Eaton, chairman of New England Seafood International and executive chairman of Butcher's Petcare. Eaton was also chairman of the judging panel for the Food Manufacture Excellence Awards this year.

Anyone interested in sponsoring the forum should contact nyvk.uhagre@jeoz.pbz.
