The firm launched the equipment, which includes tray-sealing, packaging and slicing options for firms, at its UK headquarters in Swindon.
The new TX 710 tray sealer is the latest addition to the X-line machine generation from the company, which covers a wide spectrum of packaging applications. The machine can pack with maximum flexibility and consistent reliability, according to the firm.
The high-speed TX 710 makes it possible for producers to achieve high outputs of up to 25 cycles per minute, while also providing the highest pack quality and production efficiency.
Cost-effective
The new B 625 chamber belt machine is claimed to offer manufacturers a high-performance, user-friendly and cost-effective model for the automated vacuum packaging of food products in film pouches.
The machine is characterised by its high level of product flexibility, pack quality and its small footprint.
“When combined with a wide range of components for loading, shrinking, drying, quality inspection, and labelling, the B 625 can contribute to a high-efficiency packaging line,” a spokesman said.
In addition, the S 800 high-speed slicer has also been introduced. The system can operate at up to 800 cuts per minute and can create almost any form of portion; from precise placement of slices in shingles and straight or staggered stacks, through to the shingling of wafer-thin products, right up to the folding of individual slices.
Faster production
The machine is designed to provide manufacturers with faster production throughput and reliable operation, without the need to crust-freeze.
The line space-saving RS 920 Flex from Multivac’s Processing Partner, Risco, has also now been launched. The high-speed, dual product portioner is the latest solution from for the flexible and accurate production of both gourmet burgers and portioned mince with a minimum giveaway.
“It helps producers to achieve improved product shape and appearance, as well as a superior organoleptic bite,” a spokesman added.
