Services offered range from production line design and consultation, demonstration and testing of facilities, to training for the latest British Retail Consortium and other retailer specifications. It also provides a spares service and machine hire.
The updated service contracts are available in three tiers: premium, validation and calibration, which lets clients choose the level of support they need to meet their needs. All three agreements give various benefits.
